Flight cancelled? Don't worry! Under the Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) regulations, passengers on international flights are entitled to the following benefits:

1. Duty of Care:

1. Complimentary food and drinks while waiting.
2. Communication facilities (e.g., phone calls, emails).
3. Hotel accommodation and transfers if an overnight stay is required.

2. Travel Alternatives:

1. A full refund, flight rebooking, or alternative transportation to your final destination.

3. Financial Compensation:

1. 2,000 THB: For distances not exceeding 1,500 km.
2. 3,500 THB: For distances between 1,500 - 3,500 km.
3. 4,500 THB: For distances exceeding 3,500 km.

Important Note: Compensation may not be applicable if you were notified at least 7 days in advance for international flights or if the cancellation was due to uncontrollable external factors.
